Background
Kindred Knot Games is an independent TTRPG project focused on creating narrative experiences and game systems. The work began with a foundational phase dedicated to building and defining the project, with the goal of establishing a recognizable and coherent presence while laying the groundwork for community and product growth.
I defined the communication strategy and positioning for the project, developing narratives and content while structuring digital channels (Discord and social media). I was responsible for community development and activation, contributing to the launch strategy for BureauCRAZY! and supporting PR activities and presence at industry trade shows.
